In individual therapy sessions, I provide a virtual supportive space where you can openly share your concerns, set personal goals, and work through challenges at your own pace. Each session is tailored to your needs, focusing on building insight, emotional well-being, and practical coping strategies.

A no-show or no-call appointment will result in a fee, as this time is reserved specifically for you. If you are unable to attend, please provide notice in advance to avoid the charge and allow the appointment to be offered to another client.
